Relay Configuration Tab

The Relay Configuration tab is available when an IPI 201 or IPI 204 is selected in the IP Link® Tree window.

This tab is used to:

• Select the relay mode.  Options include:

• Open/Close - 2 Push Button

• Toggle - 1 Push Button

• Pulse - 1 Push Button

• Create the relay tooltip to be displayed in the GlobalViewer® interface.

• Create the relay open label to be displayed in GlobalViewer.

• Create the relay close label to be displayed in GlobalViewer.

To configure an IPI 201 or IPI 204 relay:

1. From the Mode drop-down list in the Relay Configuration section, select the desired mode.

If you select Open/Close - 2 Push Button, then:

1. In the Tooltip field, enter a tooltip.

2. In the Open Label field, enter an open label.

3. In the Close Label field, enter a close label.

If you select Toggle - 1 Push Button, then:

1. In the Tooltip field, enter a tooltip.

2. In the Toggle label field, enter a toggle label.

If you select Pulse - 1 Push Button, then:

1. In the Tooltip field, enter a tooltip.

2. In the Pulse Label field, enter a pulse label.

3. In the Pulse Time field, enter a pulse time (0.1 to 1310.7 seconds).
