Lee Dodson Joins Extron Electronics as Director of Marketing

Anaheim, California (January 20, 2000) - Extron Electronics is pleased to announce that Lee Dodson has joined Extron as Director of Marketing. Working from our Anaheim, CA headquarters, Lee will be responsible for all domestic and international marketing activities, including strategic marketing, advertising, public relations, trade shows, and Extron's presence on the Internet. Extron Electronics' President, Andrew Edwards, explains, "Lee brings his extensive knowledge and experience of product development and marketing of display and support products in the AV industry to Extron. We welcome him to the Extron team and anticipate his significant contributions to strengthening Extron's marketing efforts." Lee brings with him over 17 years of experience in the AV industry, most recently at Sony Electronics, Inc. During his twelve years at Sony, Lee held a variety of marketing-related positions, including Market Development Manager for the Western sales zone and Senior Product Manager for Projectors. For the past nine years, Lee marketed Sony display products, ranging from professional presentation monitors to the entire line of CRT, LCD, and large venue projectors.
