1. Provide distribution and amplification of digital video and embedded digital audio signals that shall support one input and two equalized outputs
   1. Distribution amplifier for DisplayPort and embedded digital audio
      1. Support for local device connection
      2. Supports DisplayPort data rates up to 10.8 Gbps
      3. Supports HDTV 1080p/60 and computer-video resolutions to 2560x1600 @ 60 Hz
      4. Supports resolutions up to 3840x1080 when the computer desktop is extended across both outputs
      5. Supports Dual-mode DisplayPort for interoperability with HDMI, DVI, or VGA display devices
      6. Provide automatic input cable equalization to 25 feet (7.6 meters) at 2560x1600 @ 60 Hz
      7. The device shall be HDCP compliant
      8. Provide authentication and maintain continuous verification of HDCP key exchange between connected source and sink devices
      9. Provide human-readable visual confirmation of HDCP compliance when encrypted content is distributed to a non-HDCP compliant display
      10. Provide automatic EDID management between connected devices
          1. Shall provide user-selection of EDID from any connected display
          2. Shall provide user-selection of EDID from pre-stored data files
          3. Shall maintain continuous EDID communication with the connected source
      11. Provide front panel indicators for EDID status, HDCP authentication, and signal presence
      12. Provide one RS-232 serial control port
      13. Provide muting for one or both outputs via serial control
      14. Device shall be housed in a 1 RU, one-half EIA rack width metal enclosure
      15. Device shall be equipped with an external, universal AC power supply capable of supporting 100 - 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz power
