There are nine icons in the Global Configurator toolbar (1). The function of each icon is described below. |

NewCreate a new Global Configurator project file. See the New section for more information. |

OpenOpen an existing Global Configurator project file. See the Open section for more information. |

SaveSave the current Global Configurator project file. See the Save section for more information. |

PastePaste the settings of a previously copied device to an existing identical type of device. See the Copy and Paste section for more information. |

CopyCopy the settings of the selected device to the clipboard. After the settings are copied they can be pasted to an already existing identical type of device using the Paste icon. See the Copy and Paste section for more information. |

Paste NewUse Copy and Paste New to add a new identical device with identical settings in the IP Link Tree window. See the Paste New section for more information. |

Build All ConfigurationsThe Build All Configurations option compiles configuration data for all devices in the GC file, including data for devices previously compiled and uploaded to a GlobalViewer host device. See the Build All Configurations section for more information. |

Build Changed ConfigurationsThe Build Changed Configurations option compiles configuration data only for devices that have been added or changed since the previous Build cycle. Devices that have been added or changed since the previous Build cycle are identified by a red border around their icon in the IP Link Tree window. See the Build Changed Configurations section for more information. |
