Extron Debuts New European Mounting Products
Anaheim, California (2 February 2004) - Extron Electronics is pleased to introduce four new products for mounting its popular series of Mini Architectural Adapter Plates (MAAPs). These new products will allow the integration of MAAPs into some of the most popular wall boxes and cable channel systems in Europe.
"Our MAAPs offer dozens of options for adding audio, phone, data, power, and control connections in commercial and residential installations," explained Lee Dodson, vice president of marketing for Extron. "With these new products, European designers and installers can add functionality while maintaining the consistency of their design." The
MAAP 101EU and MAAP 102EU are mounting frames with European external wall boxes. The MAAP 101EU can accommodate up to three single space MAAP modules and includes an 80 mm x 80 mm external wall box. The MAAP 102EU can accommodate up to six single space MAAP modules and includes a Mosaic 80 mm x 148 mm external wall box. The
MAAP 101EUC and MAAP 102EUC are mounting frames designed for use with European cable channel systems. The MAAP 101EUC can accommodate up to three single space MAAP modules. The MAAP 102EUC can accommodate up to six single space MAAP modules. Channel mounting brackets are included. All four new mounting frames are available only in RAL9010 white. The MAAP 101EU lists for €58,00; the MAAP 102EU lists for €75,00; the MAAP 101EUC lists for €58,00; and the MAAP 102EUC lists for €75,00. All frames are available now.
